The Easter holiday is approaching. Easter is a time of bright thoughts and good deeds. We all look forward to this holiday with great joy. Children deprived of parental care also dream of celebrating Easter with joy.
That is why a close-knit team of volunteers from the Kids to Kids Foundation visited and presented a real holiday to the children of the Toretsk Social Rehabilitation Center, who are now staying at the l-ll boarding school No. 21 in Obolon district.
In such a difficult time, the Foundation’s volunteers united and created an atmosphere of family comfort for the children. Together with the master of sports of Ukraine, strongman Oleksandr Stashenko, the children baked and decorated Easter cakes, sang and danced to the catchy songs of singer Sofia Yegorova.
Fashion designer and forecaster Ruslana Verlos invited the children to make their own Easter compositions and decorate Easter baskets.
In addition, Oleksandr Stashenko conducted a training session for the boys. This is not just a workout, it is an opportunity for children to strive for more, to believe in themselves.
Sweet gifts from Sofia Yegorova and delicious Easter cakes were a real treat on the children’s holiday table.
