Children from the frontline zone go to summer camp near Kiev

16 th July 2017 – 35 children from the frontline zone of Marinka and Krasnogorovka  arrived to a scout camp “Gorka” in 65 km from Kiev. This trip became possible with the help of donors and partners of “Kids to Kids” fund.

Each of us understands in what difficult conditions these children spent their school year. Summer is a holiday season and it is very important that we managed to give these children such needed break. And opportunity for 14 days to forget explosions and shots of devastation and ruin, and plunge into the world of new adventures, hiking and picnics – it is a great joy for  35 kids.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the happy summer holidays of these children!

At the moment, there are about 400 pupils in the schools of the Marinka and Krasnogorovka. And they all have the right to a happy childhood.
We hope that thanks to you, by joint efforts, we will be able to organize holidays for more of these children in the near future.
