This year, due to the war, charities faced a lot of difficulties, but despite everything, they continued to help. “Kids to Kids” foundation, the “Likarsky Front” NGO and the Premier Food company have joined together to organize Christmas celebration to special children.
A great team of volunteers, philanthropists and artists arranged an unforgettable day on the eve of Christmas for the students of the Sanatorium-Boarding School No. 21 of the Obolon District and the orphans of the Toretsk Social Rehabilitation Center, who have been evacuated to this school due to the war danger in their city of Toretsk.
Children and teachers sang and danced together with the Ukrainian artists – Anna Dobrydneva, Olga Sumska, Vitaly Borysyuk, SoloKha and Amador Lopez.
“Together with the public organization “Likarsky Front”, we strive to be useful and help those who need it, first of all – children of Ukraine who are left without parents or in a difficult physical condition. Only with joint efforts we will be able to bring the victory of Ukraine closer and help those who need our support during these difficult times”, – emphasized People’s Artist of Ukraine, ambassador of the NGO “Likarsky Front” Olga Sumska.
It was a fun and exciting day for children and adults who were able to forget about the horrors of the war for a while.
“We are grateful to everyone who supported our joint initiative and made their donations! Only by uniting, we will be able to overcome all difficulties and help those who really need this help. Together with the NGO “Likarsky Front” we are already planning new great activities”, – shared the Director of the “Kids to Kids” Foundnation Nataliya Kiselyova.
And what is a celebration without gifts and treats? Piñatas with sweets and surprises delighted the children! Charity partner Vitaly Voytovych, founder of the Premier Food and Mr. Grill group of companies treated the children with the hot hotdogs and tasty New Year’s cakes.
Pupils of the boarding school also prepared hand-made gifts for their star guests.
The whole team was happy and confident that this day left beautiful memories in the children’s hearts.
