CHARITY CAMPAIGN
from 1 to 30 August
August always brings with it the anticipation of a new school year. Exercise books, pencil cases, pencils, rucksacks, paints. For some, it’s just a trip to the shop. But for the families of the children we support, it’s yet another expense on top of their regular costs: treatment, rehabilitation and medicines.
That’s why the ‘KIDS TO KIDS’ Foundation is launching the ‘Dobryk is getting ready for school’ campaign. Together, we’ll gather everything needed so that every child can start 1 September prepared, organised and not forgotten.
For a child, a new exercise book or rucksack is more than just an item. It’s a sense of a fresh start. A feeling that they’re just like everyone else.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Make a donation
Donate any amount — we’ll use the funds to centrally purchase school kits for the children.
Purchase a specific category of items
Take responsibility for one item for all the children: exercise books, pens, pencils, sketchbooks, paints, felt-tip pens, pencil cases, modelling clay, folders, rucksacks or arts and crafts kits. A great option for companies and teams.
Put together a complete set for one child
The ‘1 child = 1 school kit’ format — you can see exactly who you’re helping, and you can either put together a complete set yourself or pay for a ready-made one.
Merchandise featuring Dobryk
You can also support the charity through branded merchandise: socks, key rings and T-shirts featuring Dobryk.
– Buy some for yourself — and show that you’re supporting the children alongside the charity.
– Add some merchandise to a child’s school kit — and give them a little treat along with their stationery.
