How often do you discuss with your children the topic of being kind and helpful to others?
It is not easy to raise the ability to empathize. It develops gradually. Child’s kindness is taught by an adult, doing it unobtrusively, but constantly, drawing the attention of the kid to the personality of the other child: “Do not hurt others”, “If you see that someone is crying, come along and calm him down.” Many lessons are required.
The family event “Open Hearts” is one of such lessons. Together with parents and children, we will gather for the good cause – we will help children from boarding schools of Berdichev and Toretsk cities, Udaitsi and Novaya Borova villages. Children will be able to take part in divers workshops. In designated boxes, parents will be able to transfer funds to cover the needs of four children’s boarding schools and thereby show a personal example to their children.
“Open Hearts Kids to Kids” is an opportunity to express yourself and help others, therefore our event is accompanied by bright performances of talented children, active participants of the “Kids to Kids” Fund. Young vocalists, dancers will perform especially for our event!
We have prepared playground areas and a professional entertainment program for our young guests. Delicious children’s buffet will help restore energy and enjoy the day.
At the event, guests will be able to join our next project, which will be organized to help graduates of four boarding schools and graduates of two cities in the front-line zone.
