On the eve of the New Year holidays, the Kids to Kids Foundation team visited the pupils of the Berdychiv Special School of the Zhytomyr Regional Council to deliver gifts from the Christmas Angel as part of the annual Christmas Miracle charity project.
Over the nine years of their acquaintance, the children and the school staff have become almost like family – everyone was looking forward to the meeting and the miracle.
This year, students of each class together with their teachers wrote letters with their common dreams, and the Foundation’s mail, as always, found a Christmas Angel for everyone – and the children’s dreams came true!
A special Christmas gift for children and adults was the performance
“The Snow Queen” by the actors of the Zhytomyr Academic Puppet Theater. The main characters – Kai and Gerda – took everyone to a magical fairy tale where good overcomes evil. All spectators became participants in the holiday, played games, danced with St. Nicholas, had fun and laughed, and enjoyed sweets.
The children received gifts from the Foundation: food, fruit, vitamins. From our partner, the Charitable Foundation Ukraine in the Palms (Facebook / Instagram) we donated clothes and shoes.
The time flew by very quickly, everyone was filled with positive emotions and impressions.
In memory of the “CHRISTMAS MIRACLE 2023” holiday, Olga Chursina (Facebook / Instagram) , a volunteer and a charming girl-photographer, presented a whole album of photos with happy children’s smiles.
